5ive Tool Baseball Camps create fun & energetic training environments that are conducive to learning. Furthermore, 5ive Tool Baseball Coaches instruct campers on levels that are age & skill appropriate, by utilizing the "5undamental 5ive" training curriculum & methodologies.

CANCELLATION & CHANGE POLICY
All camp tuition and extended care is non-refundable. We do offer camp credit that can be used towards a future camp session or transferred to another family or relative.
When you enroll in camp, you understand that camp dates & locations are subject to change and that you will receive sufficient notice.
In the event of rain, excessive heat or any type of inclement weather, a camp credit will be issued that can be used towards a future camp session or transferred to another family or relative.

Q: What should my child wear & what should they bring to camp?
A: Campers should wear their official 5ive Tool Baseball Academy Jersey & hat daily (distributed on the first day of camp). Campers should wear baseball pants (we recommend gray colored) and a baseball belt daily.
Baseball equipment: Baseball glove, a bat & helmet. (5ive Tool Baseball Academy will have limited loaner bats, helmets & gloves at camp). Bring athletic sunglasses if needed.
Please have all equipment/gear clearly marked with their name or initials.
Bring lunch/snacks, sunscreen, and a water bottle for each day.
Q. What is the coach to camper ratio?
A. At 5ive Tool Baseball Academy camps, the coach to camper ratio is 1:10 to ensure small groups, quality reps & prime engagement among all drills.
Q. What is the supervision during camp?
A. 5ive Tool Baseball Academy coaches & staff provide supervision from the moment of drop off until pick up. 5ive Tool Baseball Academy coaches eat with ball players during snacks and lunch and escort ball players to and from the restroom for added safety throughout the duration of the camp.
Q. What is the protocol in the event of rain or inclement weather?
A. 5ive Tool Baseball Academy will post a field status update on the homepage of our website (www.5iveTool.com) & text out updates via our business line (858-247-1811).
Messages & calls from this phone number will be accessible to coaches & staff during the camp at all times.
In case rain and/or inclement weather, 5ive Tool Baseball Academy will contact the parent/guardian immediately. If 5ive Tool Baseball Academy determines that camp will be unsafe and/or not playable due to rain and/or inclement weather, camp will be postponed. 5ive Tool Baseball Academy will communicate with the appropriate party in control of the fields (i.e. Park & Rec Director, City or County Representative) to determine when and if camp can continue. In the event that camp needs to be postponed due to weather/inclement weather, your ball player(s) will receive a camp credit for the amount of days missed. These credited days can be used towards a future camp session and/or can be combined with a prorated registration for a future camp. Tuition is valid for 1 calendar year from the scheduled start date of camp.

A. 5ive Tool Baseball Academy does not provide lunch or snacks. Please pack your ball player(s) with plenty of water and food for lunch/snacks.
Q. What disciplinary actions are taken when and if needed during camp?
A. 5ive Tool Baseball Academy coaches have a zero tolerance for bullying. Fun,learning & safety are prime components of how camp is run. In the unlikely need for expulsion of a ball player from camp, 5ive Tool Baseball Academy will contact parents/guardians to make arrangements for pick up.

A. All camp tuition is non-refundable. You may transfer to a future camp, or another ball player by providing written notice within 48 hours of the start date of the original camp. Tuition is valid for 1 calendar year from purchase date.
